If we have concerns during the tour, who should we contact?

We provide an emergency contact person and number in your service voucher, which will be included with your travel documents. Additionally, on group tours, we have a tour coordinator or tour guide who can assist you with any concerns you may have.

What should I wear during the tour?

GROUP TOUR & BOOKING:

How many passengers are needed for a group departure?

Cebu Pro Travel and Tours requires a minimum of 5-15 adult passengers for group tours, depending on the destination and tour package.

When should I settle the payment for my deposit?

Our agent will provide a deadline for settling the deposit fee after your booking is confirmed. The deadline may vary depending on available slots and your chosen departure dates, but it can be extended if slots are widely available.

Is the deposit fee refundable?

The deposit fee is non-refundable, but it is refundable for dissolved group tours.

Do children pay the same as adults?

Children under 4 years old are not charged by Cebu Pro Travel and Tours. The total cost is divided equally among the required number of guests, and the cost is the same for adults and children 5 years above.

Is this a guided tour?

Yes, you will be accompanied by our friendly Regional Tour Guides accredited from the Department of Tourism during the tours.

Can solo travelers join the group tour package?

Yes, solo travelers can join group tours subject to a single supplement charge.

What type of vehicle transportation is used on your tours?

We provide private van transfers depending on the group size.

HOTEL:

Are the hotels PWD-friendly?

Most of our offered hotels are PWD-friendly with PWD rooms and elevators. Please inform our agent upon booking so they can verify this with the hotel of your choice.

Can I change my room type upon checking in?

Yes, but it is subject to applicable charges and rate differences at the time of check-in. Rooms are also subject to availability.

Is a security deposit required upon checking in?

Yes, the hotel requires an incidental deposit that can be settled through cash or credit card upon check-in. It is fully refundable if not used.

What are the check-in and check-out schedules?

Most hotels have a check-in time of 2PM/3PM and check-out time of 11AM/12NN. You can check the specific check- in/out time for your hotel in your travel voucher.

What proof of identification do I need to provide at check-in?

You can present any of the following IDs as proof of your identity: passport, driver’s license, SSS/TIN ID plus NBI clearance or voter’s ID. IDs should be valid, photo-bearing, and contain date of birth.

Is it possible to combine two tours in one day?

Yes, it’s possible to combine tours depending on the tour duration and availability.

Will other people join my tour?

If you booked a joining tour, there’s a possibility that other parties will be added to the tour. However, if you booked a private tour, you’ll have exclusivity during the tour.

Are snorkeling gears included in any island-hopping tours?

Snorkeling gears are included in island hopping activities unless specified otherwise. However, snorkeling is an optional activity that you can add or avail during the activity or in advance.

Do you offer night tours?

Yes, we offer night tours such as the Highland City View at Tops of Cebu and The Amazing Show at Mactan.

Do I need to bring a memory card if I rent a sports camera during tours?

It’s highly recommended to bring your memory card so you can have your files instantly.

Are the tours applicable for seniors, children, or persons with disabilities?

Our tour packages are applicable to all ages and persons with disabilities, but there may be some activities and places that can be challenging to them. Our agents will inform you prior to the booking if there are any concerns.
